Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site is used and how fast it loads. These tools are cookieless: they set no cookies, do no cross-site tracking, and give us only aggregated, anonymous data such as page views, approximate country, referrer, and device type. We cannot identify you from it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp when you visit. We use this only for security and to keep the site running. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Enquiries. If you contact us by email, for example about catering or events, we receive the information you send: typically your name, email address, phone number, and message. We use it only to respond to you and handle your enquiry. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website:

Vercel Inc. hosts the website and provides the cookieless analytics described above.

Ordering platforms. Online ordering and delivery are handled by Mealo and Wolt, and gift cards by Lifepeaks. When you place an order, you do so on their platforms, and they act as independent controllers of the data you give them under their own privacy policies.

Live queue. The live queue status shown on this site comes from our own in-house system and does not involve any third-party tracking of you.

Some of our providers, such as Vercel, are based in the USA. Transfers of personal data to them are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which provide safeguards required under the GDPR.

Enquiry and correspondence data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous, so it contains nothing that identifies you.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you; have it rectified or erased; restrict or object to our processing of it; and receive it in a portable format.
